Yes! Dpt Helper delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or smaller cities, we use reliable courier services (like TCS, Leopards, or Trax) to get your physiotherapy equipment to you safely.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. If you are ordering from within the same province as our warehouse, it may arrive sooner (1-2 days). Unexpected delays due to public holidays or weather conditions will be communicated to you.

At Dpt Helper, we check all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a picture immediately and send it to our WhatsApp/Support within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or refund for you.
